Critical disclaimer — read before use. This application is strictly an academic demonstration project. It is NOT a medical device, NOT a certified diagnostic tool, and NOT a substitute for professional healthcare. By using this application, you acknowledge and accept all terms below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Healthlyzer web application, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately. These terms constitute an agreement between you and the developers of this application.

2. Nature & Purpose of the Application

  • Is a student academic project and NOT a commercial product
  • Uses a Random Forest Classifier trained on synthetic, pattern-based academic data
  • Covers 9 conditions across 15 self-reported symptoms and 900 synthetic training samples
  • Model accuracy varies by condition and is not perfect — predictions can and will be incorrect
  • Is NOT approved or validated by any medical authority or regulatory body
  • Is NOT intended for any real-world medical decision-making

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Developers shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, health outcomes, or decisions arising from use of this Application or its predictions.

All code, design, and content are the intellectual property of the developers. Unauthorized commercial reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

6. User Responsibilities

  • Use the Application only for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes
  • Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Application or its model
  • Do not make real medical decisions without professional consultation
  • Be at least 18 years of age, or use under adult supervision
